Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions are important for the online retailer as well as the customer. Beside the government regulation which ensures the safety of your purchase, with Nkob Shop, we also wish to inform you of our conditions. Upon acceptance, an agreement has been made between us and you as a customer. To this end, we ask you to read the general conditions carefully and to take note of our working method. This can avoid unpleasant situations! You can of course contact us if you have any questions.

Article 1 - Legitimacy

Nkob Shop is a commercial activity among the two activities i have chosen to do as founder and as  self-employed (auto-entrepreneur) person in Morocco, it therefore has a fiscal identifier and a professional tax that you can consult on our website, as well as our contact details (About us).

Being the founder of Nkob Shop, we assure you the answer to all the legal requirements regarding the security of your personal data and your payment informations.

Our products are handmade, by local artists, and women's associations, so we assure you of the quality of our products. We kindly ask you to contact us if you have any doubts about purchasing a product,

We started with a distribution point in the Netherlands, all the products offered on the site are available in this point and ready to deliver.

Our products are purchased from cooperatives and local artists and are exported via a legal international carrier who ensures that the nature of the product is preserved.

Article 2 - Cooling-off period

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return the product to us within a maximum of 15 days. You only pay the shipping costs for the return of the product (s) concerned. If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the purchase amount you paid will be refunded to your account number, including shipping.

Products must be returned to us in good condition.

Article 3 - The agreement

The agreement between Nkob Shop and the customer is final when the customer has indicated that he has accepted the general conditions and that the customer has made a payment via Paypal. After the 15-day reflection period and receipt of payment by Nkob Shop, the customer has become the owner of the product (s) concerned.

The agreement was concluded electronically, by filling in the necessary fields (personal details and Transfer of payment) and by accepting the general conditions.

As a customer, you are required to fulfill your payment obligation towards Nkob Shop. If you don't pay within the time limit, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still haven't paid after 15 days, you will be billed. If, after several reminders, you still have not paid the debt owed, we will hand the collection over to a collection agency.

After making a purchase, you will receive written confirmation of your purchase by email. It shows what product you purchased, what it costs you, and where you can address your complaints and comments.

We are required to deliver the product or item to you within one week. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the item cannot be delivered within this period, we will notify you in writing. After that week's expiration, you will receive a refund of any purchase amount already paid. However, if you have indicated in advance that a replacement item is also an option, we will provide you with a replacement product or item that will meet your requirements as closely as possible. Of course, you can indicate in advance that you don't want to.

Delivery of products abroad may take longer than delivery to the Netherlands. The delivery costs to an address abroad are visible to you when purchasing the product.

Article 4 - The price

The prices indicated on our online store always include VAT. Fees paid

The price shown with the product on the website cannot change during your purchase.

You pay the amount which is visible with the product and which is also confirmed to you, if you electronically accept the purchase. The purchase price is again indicated there.

You will not be able to benefit from a reduction thereafter, when you purchase a product during a period during which no promotion applies.

Article 5 - Complaints

Complaints regarding delivery must first be reported to us by e-mail. Our employees will be happy to help you. We will then contact the relevant delivery person regarding the delivery of the product. We assure you that Post-NL couriers will do their utmost to deliver the product intact to your home.

Complaints about the product itself should be reported to us by e-mail or in writing. We will respond to them personally.

Complaints are usually dealt with by us within 3 working days. Complaints are always handled in writing, by e-mail or by telephone. Once the complaint is settled, you will receive an email confirmation and an inquiry regarding the settlement of the complaint. We kindly ask you to complete it and send it back to us. We want to offer you excellent service at all times.

If the product is delivered damaged, you must report it within 48 hours via nkob.shop@gmail.com, including pictures. We will contact you as soon as possible for a suitable solution.
